good stay but room access could improve

The personnel were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was clean and nicely decorated, with a big television and great shower amenities. The location was excellent, very close to a tube station and plenty of dining options....  

This place fits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, electric kettle, and helpful 24-hour reception. The staff once helped me find a lost jewel. I highly recommend it for a pleasant stay. Returning for Easter!...

We were in the double room, it was compact.

The staff was very polite.The room was clean. Breakfast was self served. The North Action station is nearest tube station and it is on the border of zone 2 and 3, so you need only buy travelcard for the first...  

It was easy to hop on the tube just a five-minute walk away and explore London. The staff were super friendly too!

In my wife's opinion, more towel racks would help families with children.

No lift and room 3 long flights of stairs above breakfast room; sink tap and shower head had seen better days; traffic noise.

The location is excellent, just a five-minute walk from a tube station with lots of nearby restaurants. The staff are accommodating and genuinely helpful. The room showed signs of wear with peeling paint and a limited cupboard space. The cleanliness left something to be desired, as our basement room had a slight odor. Breakfast options were limited but prepared with care.

Horn Lane is a quite busy road, even at night. For a quiet sleep we had to close the windows. As a result, the room remained warm. An airconditioning would be welcome.

I was surprised by the kindness of all the staff! It was a great pleasure to be there and I will come back next time!

I appreciated the homey atmosphere and vibrant decor, made the guest house inviting. The short distance to transport links, comforting.

Very good value. The staff is friendly and efficient. We forgot the camera in our room, called in 3 hours later and the camera was at the reception waiting for us.
